Parliament Speaker Yahya al-Rai' sent congratulatory messages to the speakers of the Arab and Islamic countries' parliaments not participating in the aggression on Yemen.

On the messages, al-Rai' congratulated the speakers of the Arab and Islamic parliaments on the occasion of the new Hijri year 1444.
