Parliament Speaker Yahya al-Rai' sent on Tuesday a congratulatory cable to Speaker of the Brazilian Chamber of Deputies Arthur César Pereira de Lira.
In the cable, al-Ra'i expressed his congratulations to de Lira on the occasion of his country's celebrations on the National Day.
