Speaker of the Parliament Yahya Al-Ra'i sent a congratulatory cable to Speaker of the Bulgarian National Assembly Tsveta Karayancheva.

In the cable, Al-Ra'i expressed congratulations to Karayancheva on the occasion of the Bulgarian people's celebrations of the National Day.
