Speaker of the Parliament Yahya Al-Ra’i on Thursday sent two cables of congratulations to Speaker of the Parliament of Malta Angelo Farrugia and President of the National Transitional Council of Mali Malick Diaw.

In the cables, Al-Ra’i expressed his congratulations to Farrugia and Diaw on the occasions of their countries’ celebrations of the National Days.
