Speaker of the Parliament Yahya Al-Rai sent a congratulatory cable to Speaker of the Parliament of Uzbekistan Tanzila Norbaeva on the occasion of her country's celebrations of the National Day.

Al-Ra'i also sent a cable of congratulations to Speaker of the Slovak National Assembly Boris Kollar on the occasion of his country's celebrations of the anniversary of the proclamation of the constitution.
