The Speaker of Parliament, Yahya Ali Al-Ra'i, sent on Tuesday a cable of congratulations to Speaker of the Ghanaian Parliament, Alban Bagbin.
In the cable, Al-Ra'i expressed his congratulations to Bagbin on the occasion of his country's celebrations of Independence Day.
The Independence Day of Ghana is a national holiday celebrated yearly on March 6.
