Parliament speaker, Yahya Al-Ra'i, sent a message of congratulations to the Speaker of the National Assembly of the Republic of Zambia, Nelly Butete Kashumba Mutti.

In the cable, Al-Ra'i congraualted Mutti on the occasion of her country's celebrations of National Day.
