Speaker of the Parliament Yahya Al-Ra'i on Monday sent a cable of congratulations to Speaker of the National Assembly of Kenya Justin Muturi.
In the cable, al-Ra’i expressed his congratulations to Muturi on the occasion of his country’s celebrations of the National Day.
