Speaker of the Parliament Yahya Al-Ra'i sent on Monday a congratulatory cable to Speaker of the Norwegian Parliament Masud Gharahkhani.
In the cable, Al-Ra'i expressed his congratulations to Gharahkhani on the occasion of his country's celebrations of the National Day.
