Speaker of the Parliament Yahya Al-Ra'i on Tuesday sent a congratulatory cable to Speaker of the Romanian House of Representatives Ion-Marcel Ciolacu.

In the cable, Al-Ra'i expressed his congratulations to Ciolacu on the occasion of his country's celebrations of the National Day.
