Parliament Speaker Yahya al-Ra’i sent a on Sunday a telegram of condolences and sympathy to Speaker of the Somali Parliament Sheikh Adan Mohamed Madobe on the victims of the cowardly terrorist act targeting the Ministry of Education and Higher Education in the Somali capital of Mogadishu.

In the cable, al-Ra’i expressed the parliament’s and the Yemeni people’s condemnation of the terrorist act that targeted the Ministry.

He stressed the solidarity of the Yemeni people with the brotherly Somali people in encounter terrorism.

At least 100 people killed when two car bombs tore through a busy Mogadishu intersection on Saturday, and around 300 people were hurt in the twin bombings.
