Prime Minister, Dr. Abdulaziz Saleh bin Habtoor, on Sunday confirmed the government’s keenness to enhance activity with the Parliament regarding the system of legal reforms within the path of the national vision for building the modern Yemeni state.

This came during the Prime Minister’s meeting today with Minister of State for Parliament and Shura Council Affairs, Dr. Ali Abu Holiqa.

The draft laws exchanged between the parliament and the government within the framework of the tracks set by the President of the Supreme Political Council were reviewed in the meeting.

The meeting emphasized the need to review those development projects in accordance with the database of legislation prepared by the Minister of State for Parliament and Shura Affairs.

The meeting also touched on draft laws in the Parliament that were withdrawn by the government for review and update.
