The Anti-Narcotics Department (AND) Wednesday seized "large" quantities of narcotics and arrested four drug pushers. The Public Security Directorate (PSD) said AND officers dealt during the past 24 hours with three specific cases, during which four people, drug importers and dealers, were arrested.
