President of the Supreme Political Council Mahdi Al-Mashat on Thursday sent a congratulatory cable to President of the People's Republic of China, Xi Jinping.

In the cable, President Al-Mashat expressed his congratulations to President Jinping on the occasion of the friendly Chinese people's celebrations of the National Day.
