His Excellency Field Marshal Mahdi Al-Mashat, Chairman of the Supreme Political Council, met on Monday with Minister of Social Affairs and Labor Obaid bin Dbaye.

During the meeting, they reviewed the activities of the Ministry of Social Affairs and Labor, its plan achieved during the last period and the difficulties it faced, in addition to the Ministry's programs related to caring for people with special needs.

In the meeting, President Al-Mashat stressed the need to pay attention to the care and support of productive families, and rehabilitate them in various fields, pointing to the importance of focusing on forming agricultural cooperative societies and supporting their activities, in a way that enables them to play a reliable development role and contribute to an agricultural renaissance in order to achieve self-sufficiency of agricultural products.
