President of the Supreme Political Council Mahdi Al-Mashat on Saturday stressed the importance of expediting the completion and demolition of urban plans and working to package slums.

During his meeting with Head of the General Authority for Land, Survey and Urban Planning Dr. Hashem Al-Shami, President Al-Mashat emphasized the need to complete the maintenance work for the electricity networks.

The achievements of the General Authority for Lands and the progress of work in completing the Master Plan of the urban planning of the provinces were reviewed in the meeting.
