President reviews service map of Yemen SANA'A, Feb. 07 (Saba) - President of the Supreme Political Council His Excellency Mahdi al-Mashat on Monday met with Deputy Prime Minister for Services and Development Hussein Maqboli and Head of the Security and Intelligence Service Maj. Gen. AbdulHakim al-Khaiwani During the meeting, President al-Mashat confirmed that the completion of the service map in the form of an advanced interactive program and basic digital maps for health, education, electricity and roads, and population data by type and age groups, characteristics and locations of available service facilities, including all operational and human data and an assessment of the reality of services, is the first pillar of building the Yemeni modern state. Al-Mashat indicated Yemen is the third country in the Arab world in producing the interactive map, pointing out that this map will benefit the government in the future in developing plans for basic service projects for citizens in all provinces according to modern scientific standards. It is worth noting that the assessment of the reality of services and future needs and the production of the interactive map was carried out with a national cadre and 100 percent local funding.
