A meeting in Hodeida province on Wednesday discussed the procedures for implementing the Code of Employment Conduct in the Technical Education and Vocational Training Sector and its facilities in the province’s districts.
The meeting, which included Director of Technical Education and Vocational Training, Hassan Hadish, reviewed the objectives, chapters and components of the Code, principles and values, responsibilities and duties, how to deal with data and others.
Attendees stressed the importance of applying the Code as a basic behavior in the implementation of the activities and tasks entrusted to all financial, administrative and technical tasks in a way that contributes to improving the level of performance.
They pointed out that adhering to the Code and applying it as an educational and religious behavior during the performance of job duties.
At the meeting, Hadish stressed the importance of absorbing the content of the Code of Conduct and adhering to its contents in order to improve performance and raise the level of job discipline, reduce imbalances, improve work and create an environment that repels corruption, pointing out that the implementation of the code will be accompanied by a periodic evaluation of its implementation at all administrative, financial and technical levels.
