The Industry and Trade Office in Maeen district in the Capital Sana’a on Wednesday seized a quantity of “whale” tobacco that is prohibited from being imported and circulated because it contains carcinogenic substances.

Director of the industry office in Maeen Mueen al-Sufyani said that the office’s field control teams seized 1,900 packages of “whale” tobacco from some markets of the district.
