The Sheikh Thani Bin Abdullah Foundation for Humanitarian Services (RAF), has carried out a six-month healthcare programme, in Yemen's various provinces.
This includes provision of treatment for 286 cancer patients, 38 percent of whom are enrolled officially, at the National Centre for the treatment of tumours, in the Republic of Yemen.
In a statement Wednesday, RAF said that, the programme, which was implemented in collaboration with a number of partners in Yemen, contributed to saving the patients' lives by enabling them to return to their normal lives and earn a living to support their families.
The statement emphasised that, the programme had achieved great success in the distribution of treatment for those who deserve it by 100 percent, despite the exceptional situation experienced by Yemen.
