Sana’a: The educational sector in Sana’a province has initiated training workshops for numerous educational cadres in schools, as part of the national campaign to support Al-Aqsa, in response to the call of the revolution leader, Sayyed Abdulmalik Badr al-Din al-Houthi. The ten-day courses aim to bolster the factors of steadfastness and faith-based identity, to consolidate the Qur’anic culture among more than a thousand educators, and to enhance their role in raising awareness of the nation’s issues, particularly the Palestinian cause.
According to Yemen News Agency, at the inauguration in the Hamadan district, Talib Dahan, the provincial deputy for the education and youth sector, commended the efforts made in organizing such workshops. These workshops are seen as an embodiment of the identity of faith and in support of the ongoing battle for Al-Aqsa flood, which has entered its second year.
During the launch events in Hamadan and Sinhan, Amin al-Jalal and Mohammed Khamis, deputy heads of the educational se
ctor in the province, emphasized the importance of engaging with schools as the second semester begins. They highlighted the need to intensify school activities as part of the mobilization and awareness campaign for Operation Al-Aqsa Flood.
In Hamadan, educational sector official Ali Alban reported that 210 participants attended the workshop at the directorate level. Meanwhile, Ahmed Nasser, head of the educational sector in Sinhan, stated that over 130 participants received training. In Jahana, Ali al-Ashoul, the head of the educational sector in the directorate, mentioned that 97 staff members participated, while in Balad al-Rus, Mutahar al-Zawar noted that 120 educational staff members were trained.
The operation “Al-Aqsa Flood” has led participants to revisit the history of Palestine and Gaza, understanding the origins of the conspiracies, their dimensions, and the Zionist alliances aimed at establishing a national homeland for the Jews in Palestine. The role of the educational sector in embedding the o
utcomes of the Arab-Israeli conflict in the consciousness of future generations was stressed as crucial by the officials involved.
