RIYADH, Saudi Arabia- Saudi Arabia intercepted, on Tuesday, a ballistic missile fired from Yemen, targeting the southern border city of Khamis Mushait, Al Arabiya local news reported.
The missile was part of a series of attacks, by Yemen's Houthi militias, on different Saudi cities, mainly the border ones.
Most of these missiles were intercepted by Saudi air forces, but a few fell into residential areas and caused casualties and damage.
Saudi Arabia has been leading an Arab coalition, in a war against the Iranian-allied Shiite Houthis, to support the Yemeni exiled government, since Mar, 2015.
