The Supreme Council for the Management and Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs and International Cooperation (SCMCHA) in Hodeida province on Tuesday distributed 400 food baskets to the affected family by the aggression, in al-Jarrahi district funded by the Yemen Relief and Reconstruction Foundation.
During the distribution, the district council representative Atef al-Aidarous explained that food baskets would include the areas of those affected and displaced in al-Jarrahi and Hays in two stages.
He noted that the distribution was part of the attention of the revolutionary leadership and the Supreme Political Council and their keenness to alleviate the suffering of citizens affected by the aggression.
For his part, the foundation’s coordinator, Othman Ghadiwa, praised the facilities provided by the Council branch to ensure humanitarian access to those affected. He stressed the concern to provide more assistance to alleviate the suffering of citizens.
