The Presidency of the Shura Council praised, in its meeting Tuesday headed by Mohammed Al-Aidarous, the qualitative military operation "the 7th of December operation" carried out by the Yemeni army in the depth of Saudi lands.

Earlier in the day, the Yemeni army spokesman Major General Yahya Sarie announced about the military operation, which targeted several military targets in the depth of Saudi lands with several of the ballistic missiles and 25 drones.

The Shura presidency stressed that this operation comes within the framework of the legitimate response of the Yemeni people and their right to defend themselves against Saudi-led aggression coalition and its recent escalation, which targeted several provinces and left dozens of martyrs and wounded.
