Speaker of Parliament Yahya Al-Ra'i on Monday sent a cable of congratulations to Speaker of the Lebanese Parliament Nabih Berri.

In the cable, Al-Ra'i expressed his congratulations to Berri on the occasion of the brotherly Lebanese people's celebrations of the Independence Day.
