Speaker of the Parliament Yahya Al-Ra'i sent on Monday a congratulatory cable to Speaker of the Pakistani National Assembly Asad Qaiser.

In the cable, Al-Ra'i expressed his congratulations to Qaiser on the occasion of his country's celebrations of the National Day.
