Speaker of the Parliament Yahya Al-Ra'i on Monday sent a congratulatory cable to Speaker of the House of Representatives of the National Assembly of Belarus Vladimir Andreichenko.

In the cable, Al-Ra'i expressed his congratulations to Andreichenko on the occasion of his country's celebrations of the National Day.
