Taiz governor confirmed that the service and development projects that will be financed by the United Nations Office for Project Services in partnership with the local authority, will contribute positively to alleviating the suffering of the people of the province as a result of the aggression and siege.

He pointed out that the province's regions suffered during the last period from deprivation due to the population density and the absorption of hundreds of thousands of displaced people, which negatively affected basic services, especially with their lack of road, health, water and sanitation projects.

Salah expressed the local authority's willingness to provide facilities to contribute to the implementation and completion of service projects that meet the needs of the province, pointing to the need to pay attention and focus on projects that provide service to the people of Taiz.
