Muscat: The Public Works Office in Ibb Governorate organized today a celebratory event on the occasion of the anniversary of the noble Prophet's birth (may the best prayers and complete peace be upon him and his family).
According to Yemen News Agency, during the event, the Governor of Ibb, Abdulwahid Salah, emphasized the importance of celebrating the Mawlid al-Nabawi in a manner befitting the status of the Greatest Messenger Muhammad (PBUH). He highlighted the need to draw inspiration from the Prophet's values and principles in shouldering responsibility, reinforcing the spirit of solidarity, and serving the community.
He pointed out that this occasion represents a station for strengthening connection to the noble Prophet and following his path in facing challenges and building a cohesive society capable of fulfilling its responsibilities.
The event, attended by the office's deputy directors, department and regional directors, featured a poetic recital, chanting segments, and a theatrical performance, all reflecting the significance of the occasion and its faith-based implications.
