World celebrates World Aviation Day, while Yemen’s airports closed

SANAA, The world celebrates the World Civil Aviation Day, which falls on the 7th of December of each year, while Yemen's airports are closed due to the siege of the aggression coalition.

Undersecretary of the General Authority for Civil Aviation and Meteorology Raed Talib on Saturday held the United Nations and the international community responsible for all the consequences of the blockade and the closure of Sanaa International Airport.

He called for pressure on the aggression countries to open Sanaa airport for all civil flights, stressing that the siege and the closure of Sanaa Airport are incompatible with all principles, customs, international laws and the Chicago Agreement.
