YCHR condemns aggression’s targeting of civilians in Hodeida & Sa’ada

Yemen Center For Human Rights (YCHR) condemned on Thursday the targeting of child civilians in their homes and farms by the forces of the US-Saudi aggression coalition last Tuesday in al-Jarrahi district in Hodeida province.

In a statement received by SABA, a copy of which, targeting civilians, was considered a war crime in a series of crimes committed by aggression coalition on Yemen since March 2015 and in clear violation of the Stockholm Agreement.

He condemned the crime of the aggression coalition for shelling villages in the border areas of Sa’ada province, as well as its victims, in daily crimes and violations committed by the coalition in various governorates of the republic of Yemen.

While the Yemen Center For Human Rights reiterated its condemnation of those crimes, which had not ceased for eight years, held the United Nations and its Mission in Support of the Hodeida Agreement held “UNMHA” responsible for that.

The Center’s statement called on the United Nations to condemn those crimes, take a serious stance to stop the aggression, lift the blockade and recognize the right of the Yemeni people to self-determination, expell the occupier and prosecute war criminals.

The Center called on the Islamic and Arab peoples, Governments, organizations and the world’s freedom to condemn the crimes of the coalition of aggression and movement at various levels to stop the crimes of the Saudi regime and its coalition and to lift the blockade of Yemen.
