YEMEN COMPLAINS TO U.N. AGAINST IRAN INTERFERENCE

ADEN, Yemen, Yemen's permanent representative to the United Nations, Ambassador Khalid Al-Yamani, has stressed that, Iran is continuing to incite the war in Yemen, attack neighbouring countries and threaten international corridors, in the southern Red Sea and its southern entrance of Bab Al-Mandab.

In a letter from the legitimate government of his country, sent to the Secretary-General of the United Nations, on the Iranian interference in Yemen, the Yemeni ambassador said, Iran is still continuing its financing to the Houthis in Yemen, providing strategic and military support for Houthi fighters, and sending arms and ammunition shipments to Yemen, in flagrant violation of Security Council resolutions 2216 and resolution 2231.
