SANAA, The Foreign Ministry on Thursday condemned the execution of 37 citizens by the Saudi authorities in flagrant violation of international human rights law, especially the right to life, fair trial, freedom of opinion, religion and belief.
A source in the ministry said in a statement to the Yemeni news agency (Saba) this act is not strange to Saudi Arabia, which has the worst record in the field of human rights and have been killing the Yemeni people since 26 March 2015.
The source pointed out that this act confirms at the same time, that Saudi Arabia refuses and striking on the wall all values and principles and international laws amid the silence applied by the international community.
The source stressed that the policy of killing and repression conducted by the saudi regime will only lead to damage to the social fabric and causes more strife within Saudi Arabia.
The source expressed his condolences to the families of the victims.
