Riyadh:The Yemeni Armed Forces have claimed responsibility for targeting King Khalid Airport in Riyadh with a ballistic missile.

According to Yemen News Agency, Brigadier General Yahya Saree, the official spokesman for the Yemeni Armed Forces, stated that the missile hit its target accurately, causing disruptions to airport operations.

He issued a warning to international airlines about the risks of continuing flights within Saudi airspace, which he described as a military operations zone, excluding the airspace over Mecca and Medina.
