Sa'ada: Following Friday prayers, Sa'ada Governorate witnessed 557 public gatherings held under the slogan 'Our battlefield is one and our enemy is one,' reaffirming readiness and solidarity with the Axis of Jihad and Resistance. Participants condemned the continued Israeli actions against the Palestinian and Lebanese peoples, as well as the U.S.-Israeli aggression against the Islamic Republic of Iran.
According to Yemen News Agency, the gatherings reiterated Yemen's steadfast support for the Palestinian, Lebanese, and Iranian peoples, affirming their high level of preparedness to confront any U.S. or Israeli aggression. The participants expressed pride in the leadership's support for the Axis of Jihad and Resistance and emphasized adherence to the principle of unified fronts as the most effective means of countering enemy plans and thwarting its conspiracies.
A statement issued at the gatherings praised the Yemeni Armed Forces' strikes against targets deep inside Israel and the enforcement of a maritime blockade, describing the measures as a response to Israel's violation of ceasefire agreements and its continued actions in Gaza and Lebanon, which have resulted in thousands of casualties.
The statement also condemned Israel's ongoing blockade of Gaza, the treatment of prisoners, and actions at Al-Aqsa Mosque, while criticizing renewed U.S.-Israeli actions against Iran and what it described as threats to regional stability and global trade routes. It also commended Iran's swift response.
The statement reaffirmed Yemen's support for the unity of the Al-Quds, Jihad, and Resistance fronts, stressing that the Yemeni people cannot remain indifferent to the causes of the Muslim nation and its holy sites. Participants declared their readiness to confront any escalation and voiced full support for the Yemeni Armed Forces and resistance forces, emphasizing the importance of complementing military positions with popular mobilization, including renewed military training courses and public rallies.
The statement also saluted the people of Gaza and its resistance, as well as Hezbollah fighters for their operations against Israeli forces. Additionally, it criticized certain Arab and Islamic governments for allowing their territories and airspace to be used by U.S. and Israeli forces for military operations, describing such actions as complicity and calling on the peoples of those countries to take stronger positions against their governments.
