Abyan: The Governor of Abyan, Saleh Al-Junaidi, has renewed his call for the residents of Abyan and the southern and eastern governorates to resist engaging in activities orchestrated by Saudi Arabia, which he described as a criminal enemy. He urged the youth to reject schemes that would lead them into perilous situations.
According to Yemen News Agency, Governor Al-Junaidi emphasized that the recent address by the Leader of the Revolution, Sayyid Abdulmalik Badr al-Din al-Houthi, conveyed a crucial message to the people of Abyan and beyond. The speech highlighted that Saudi Arabia indiscriminately targets all Yemenis, while the operations of the Armed Forces are directed solely at Saudi mobilizations. The Governor stressed the need to end the blockade and secure the rights of Yemenis, as well as restore their sovereign wealth and independence.
Al-Junaidi called for a collective effort from the people of the southern governorates, who endure difficult humanitarian conditions due to Saudi actions. He stated that opposing the Saudi enemy is a cause that unites all free Yemenis.
The Governor also commended those from Abyan and the southern governorates who have withdrawn from Saudi camps, urging those who remain to return to their homeland. He reaffirmed the support of local authorities and the commitment to the principles set forth by their leader.
Furthermore, Governor Al-Junaidi celebrated the recent successes of the Armed Forces against Saudi-aligned forces on the western coast, marking a significant setback for Saudi regional ambitions, particularly concerning the strategic Bab al-Mandab Strait.
