Taiz: The Acting Governor of Taiz, Ahmed Al-Masawi, engaged in discussions today with the Secretary-General of the Republic's Grievances Authority, Hamoud Gabesh, focusing on the progress of work at the Authority's branch in the governorate as part of the network linkage process.
According to Yemen News Agency, the meeting included the Authority's Branch Directors, Qasim Al-Iraqi and Rashid Al-Kadhi. The discussions revolved around enhancing coordination between the Authority's branch and the judicial, security, and other relevant authorities in the governorate to streamline workflow and expedite the processing of cases and grievances received by the branch.
During the meeting, Al-Masawi highlighted the crucial role of the Grievances Authority in promptly resolving citizens' issues and complaints. He commended the leadership efforts of the Authority's branch in Taiz in effectively handling numerous citizen cases, ensuring justice, and resolving disputes.
The Secretary-General of the Republic's Grievances Authority acknowledged the supportive role of the local authority leadership in Taiz Governorate. He emphasized the importance of cooperation from the executive offices and relevant authorities in the governorate with the Authority's branch to achieve the objectives of lifting injustices and addressing complainants' grievances.
