Sana'a: The Acting Minister of Economy, Industry, and Investment, Sam Al-Bashiri, visited the pavilions of entrepreneurs and innovative graduation projects of engineering students from Yemeni universities participating in the fifth Construction and Building Exhibition. He was accompanied by Abdullah Al-Atifi, the Executive Director of the Yemeni Organization for Standards, Metrology, and Quality Control, as they toured the exhibition, which features 20 pavilions showcasing projects from entrepreneurs and engineering students.
According to Yemen News Agency, Al-Bashiri commended the projects presented by the entrepreneurs and students, highlighting their potential to address construction and building challenges in Yemen. He noted how these projects manage to preserve Yemeni architectural traditions while incorporating modern perspectives and engineering expertise.
Al-Bashiri emphasized the significance of harnessing the creativity and ideas of young innovators, suggesting that these projects could be translated into viable investment opportunities, which could benefit the economy and contribute to the country's development in the construction sector.
