Sana’a: Yemen’s Attorney General Judge Abdulsalam al-Houthi held a meeting on Sunday with International and National Coordinator of the Humanity Defense Network and President of the Salvador Allende Foundation Dr. Pablo Allende and President of the Raul Pellegrin Foundation in Chile Dr. Roberto Bermudez. The meeting focused on legal actions to address crimes committed by the United States and its allies, including the Saudi-led aggression, against Yemen and other nations.
According to Yemen News Agency, Judge al-Houthi, joined by key figures from Yemen’s legal community, discussed ongoing efforts to document and investigate the crimes committed during the US-Saudi aggression in Yemen. The Attorney General highlighted the efforts made by his office to prepare judicial files on these crimes and to cooperate with international bodies to bring the perpetrators to justice.
Dr. Allende expressed the Salvador Foundation’s willingness to support Yemen in filing lawsuits against the aggression countries and denounced the ongoing humanitarian crises caused by their actions. He emphasized the need for legal action to address the continued impact of these crimes on Yemen, Palestine, and other affected nations.
