Sana'a: Al Ahli secured the September 21 Football Cup by narrowly defeating Al Shaab 4-3 in a thrilling match held at Al Ahli Stadium. The victory was celebrated by the home crowd as Al Ahli emerged victorious in a closely contested game.

According to Yemen News Agency, Al Ahli, also known as "The Emperor," established a commanding lead in the first half, scoring four goals without reply. Ahmed Noor, Zakaria Taftof, Fathi Al Kahli from a penalty kick, and Sami Al Sharaabi were the goal scorers for Al Ahli.

In the second half, Al Shaab mounted a strong comeback, scoring three goals. Osama Al Humairi and Issam Radman each converted penalty kicks, and Osama Al Shaibani added a third goal, closing the gap. However, their efforts were not enough to overturn Al Ahli's lead, and the match concluded with a 4-3 victory for the hosts.

The match was attended by notable figures, including the Director of the Youth Office in the Capital Secretariat, Abdullah Obeid, Vice President of Al Shaab Club, Mufaddal Al Wazir, Secretary General of Al Ahli, Mohammed Al Yerimi, Scouting Official Hussein Tantan, and Legal Advisor Abdullah Aqbah. Following the match, they presented the September 21 Cup to the triumphant Al Ahli team.
