Muscat: The Chairman of Yemen's Shura Council, Muhammad Hussein Al-Aidros, sent a message of condolences and sympathy to the Chairman of the Shura Council of the Sultanate of Oman, Khalid bin Hilal Al-Maawali, regarding the victims of the recent weather event caused by the 'Al-Masarrat' low-pressure system that affected the Sultanate.
According to Yemen News Agency, Al-Aidros, on his own behalf and on behalf of the Council's Presidency, members, and General Secretariat, expressed his sincere condolences and heartfelt sympathy to the Omani Shura Council, its members, the Omani people, and the families of those who lost their lives due to floods and flash floods, which resulted in fatalities, injuries, missing persons, and significant material losses.
Al-Aidros affirmed the full solidarity of the Republic of Yemen and its support for the Omani people during this exceptional circumstance, praying to Almighty Allah to grant mercy to the victims, admit them to His vast gardens of paradise, grant speedy recovery to the injured, and protect Oman, its beloved people from all harm and misfortune.
