Port sudan: Minister of Culture, Information, and Tourism Khalid Al-Aiser has called on the group of advisors who defected from the rebel Rapid Support Forces (RSF) militia to intensify their efforts to educate the communities and citizens of Darfur and Kordofan, who have been deceived by the rebel militia's propaganda.

According to Sudan News Agency, during the weekly briefing of the Ministry of Culture, Information, and Tourism in Port Sudan, Khalid Al-Aiser emphasized the profound deception practiced by the rebel RSF militia, which misled several communities. He highlighted that the militia's reliance on the argument of the 56-state is a false and deceptive tactic intended to mislead citizens.

Al-Aiser expressed that the government, through the Ministry of Culture, Information, and Tourism, welcomes the defectors and will collaborate with them to enlighten the people of Darfur and Kordofan. He noted that the opportunity for repentance is open, and this group is not the first to recognize the severity of the rebel militia's actions and choose to join the nation. He underlined that such actions would help to enlighten those who have been deceived.

Al-Aiser also acknowledged the efforts of national writers who serve the country's interests, stressing that the ministry will work within the Government of Hope to support a free press. He reflected on the achievements during his previous term as minister, accomplished with limited financial resources, and indicated that the Government of Hope will strive to overcome obstacles and make the ministry a platform for all genuine national efforts.
