Al-bayda: Al-Bayda Governor Abdullah Idris inspected the progress of the 30 Azza Street - Ring Road - Mukayras Road project in Al-Bayda city, which costs 89 million Yemeni riyals and is funded by the local authority. During his visit, Governor Idris was accompanied by Deputy Governor Nasser Al-Aji.
According to Yemen News Agency, the governor received a briefing from Engineer Faisal Al-Sudani, head of the Executive Unit for Road Construction and Maintenance, on the implementation of the road construction and leveling work. The project, measuring 6 kilometers in length, extends from Azza to Dagheelah and Aslam, connecting to the Mukayras Road. Currently, the project has reached a completion rate of 70%.
Governor Idris emphasized the importance of accelerating the work to ensure completion according to specified engineering standards. This project is expected to ease traffic flow and reduce congestion significantly.
The governor also highlighted that road projects are a priority for the province, aiming to promote development and provide essential services to citizens. He reaffirmed the local authority's commitment to improving services and alleviating citizens' hardships. Ongoing projects across various sectors are expected to serve the community effectively.
