Sana'a: Governor Abdulbasit Al-Hadi and Director General of the Traffic Police, Major General Dr. Bakil Al-Barashi, have inaugurated the new automated traffic services issuance center located in the Matna area of Bani Matar District, Sana'a Governorate. The inauguration ceremony included an overview of the center's state-of-the-art equipment and operational procedures, designed to enhance the efficiency and quality of traffic services.
According to Yemen News Agency, the Governor highlighted that the establishment of this center is a testament to the Government of Change and Reconstruction's dedication to providing user-friendly services to its citizens. Major General Dr. Bakil Al-Barashi noted that the initiative is a crucial component of the Traffic Police's ongoing digital transformation strategy.
The Director of the Traffic Police further mentioned that the center is expected to alleviate transportation challenges for citizens, particularly in the western sector directorates, by offering comprehensive traffic-related services. In recognition of his leadership and contributions, Dr. Al-Barashi was presented with the Excellence Shield.
The event was attended by various dignitaries and officials from both security and local government bodies.
