Al-hodeidah: Since the beginning of the month of Safar, the districts of Al-Hodeidah governorate have been immersed in a deeply spiritual atmosphere with the launch of wide-ranging celebratory evenings marking the anniversary of the Prophet Muhammad's birthday.

According to Yemen News Agency, these events, growing in intensity day by day, paint a collective scene that reflects the people's profound bond with the Seal of the Prophets and Messengers. In the centers of the districts and their rural areas, the evenings glow with lively celebrations: poets chanting verses, choirs performing melodious songs of praise, and neighborhoods adorned with continuous festivities that lend the nights of Tihama a renewed spiritual radiance.

This popular embrace reflects a strong sense of community unity around the Prophet's birth, considered a spiritual and cultural cornerstone for the people of Tihama. It highlights their deep connection to their faith and heritage, affirming how firmly rooted the occasion is in the collective consciousness and their devotion to honoring the Messenger in a manner befitting his status.

The joyous gatherings witnessed across the northern, southern, and eastern parts of Al-Hodeidah feature notable participation from security departments and police units, turning the celebrations into a unifying occasion that blends official duties with a religious mission-demonstrating institutional solidarity with society around the Prophet's birthday.

On the government side, executive offices in the districts have also played a prominent role, with their evenings transformed into crowded arenas full of citizens, creating a unified spiritual tableau where the official and the popular intermingle-reflecting loyalty, devotion, and reverence for the Prophet.

A distinct Tihama identity shines through in these evenings. Local nasheed groups perform chants that blend prophetic praises with folk traditions passed down through generations, while poets contribute spiritually resonant verses that add a special flavor, turning the gatherings into heartfelt experiences that echo the authenticity of place and heritage.

Religious scholars are strongly present, delivering firm messages affirming the legitimacy of the celebration and deepening its meanings. Their sermons leave profound impressions, reflecting awareness of the Prophet's message and the values he instilled in his nation.

Meanwhile, decorations stretching from streets to government offices, and from mosques to schools, create an extraordinary festive atmosphere. Every corner of the districts is dressed in green, while the celebration venues radiate spiritual warmth, giving the occasion a uniquely Tihami character.

The evenings also carry analytical and awareness-raising dimensions. The issue of Palestine, particularly the suffering of Gaza, stands at the forefront of speeches-linking the light of the Prophet's birth to Yemen's principled stance on the causes of the Muslim nation. This discourse highlights Yemen's exceptional role that goes beyond words to practical action in supporting the Palestinian people.

These gatherings revive the memory of the early Ansar who supported the Prophet at the dawn of his mission, as today the people of Tihama renew the same spirit through tangible positions on Palestine-binding the cause to their loyalty to the Messenger and renewing their covenant to walk in his path.

The evenings also showcase a unique level of popular solidarity that transcends the traditional scope of religious occasions. The crowds, with their awareness and responsiveness, reaffirm their constant readiness for mobilization and struggle, renewing full confidence in the leadership of Sayyid Abdul-Malik Badr al-Din al-Houthi. This reflects a practical commitment rooted in a deep faith and historical legacy.

Such unity is further reinforced by the mobilization aspect of the gatherings, as they turn into platforms for rallying and confirming preparedness to confront enemies and conspiracies. Thus, the spirit of mobilization fuses with the essence of celebration, linking the Prophet's birth to the ongoing battle of resilience against arrogant powers and their aggressive schemes.

With each evening, the profound meanings of these celebrations unfold, transcending festivity to form a unifying space that intertwines faith, identity, and stance-cementing collective awareness of the Prophet's message and projecting it onto the present with firm positions on the nation's causes and resistance to its enemies' conspiracies.

On this occasion, and regarding the manifestations of celebration and the significance of commemorating the birth of the Messenger of humanity, the Deputy Governor for the Hodeidah City District, Ali Kabari, affirmed that the people of the city, through these events, embody their faith-based identity and their deep connection to the Messenger of God. He stressed that their loyalty to the Prophet today is reflected in firm, practical stances of steadfastness in facing challenges and in supporting the causes of the nation, foremost among them Palestine.

For his part, the Deputy Governor for the Southern District, Mutahar Al-Hadi, noted that the mass gatherings in the southern districts reflect the spiritual character that distinguishes the people of Tihama, and embody the meanings of following the Prophet's example in steadfastness upon principles and in jihad against the enemies of the nation. He emphasized that this public awareness makes the Mawlid a renewed station for reinforcing the values of sacrifice and giving.

Meanwhile, the Deputy Governor for the Eastern District, Amer Muthanna, pointed out that the wide participation in the Mawlid celebrations reflects how this commemoration has become a unifying occasion linking the present with the spirit of the Muhammadan message. It affirms that loyalty to the Prophet transforms into a driving force for steadfastness in the face of political and economic pressures imposed by the aggression.

Similarly, the Deputy Governor for the Northern District, Ghalib Hamzah, stated that the evening gatherings in the northern districts reflect the people of Tihama's commitment to the path of the Ansar who supported the Messenger of God and embraced his call. He reiterated that this path is manifested today in supporting the foremost cause of the nation-Palestine-and in continuous readiness to confront the enemies' conspiracies.

In the same vein, the Commander of the Northern Axis and Head of General Mobilization in the northern districts, Major General Fadel Al-Dhiyani, affirmed that the people of Hodeidah demonstrate through these events that commemorating the Prophet's birth is not merely a festive ritual, but rather a mobilizing stance that embodies their faith awareness and places them at the forefront in defending the homeland against the forces of arrogance.

Al-Dhiyani explained that marking the Mawlid strengthens the bond with the Messenger of God and transforms loyalty to him into a tangible reality, reflected in steadfastness, struggle, and confronting the conspiracies of the enemies. This, he said, reflects the continuation of the stance of the Ansar who supported the Messenger of God and embodies the Yemeni people's commitment to following his path in support of the causes of the nation.

Thus, the districts of Hodeidah appear dressed in the robe of light-an example of a society that commemorates the Prophet's birth with profound awareness, renewed joy, and conscious mobilization. It is an image that encapsulates the meanings of loyalty and emulation, reconnects the light of the message with the realities of today, and presents a scene worthy of the Ansar who made the Mawlid a starting point for stance, action, and identity.
