Al-Hodeida’s Departments Inspect Job Discipline & Workflow

Al-Hodeida: The Deputy Governor of Al-Hodeida Province for Financial and Administrative Affairs, Mohammed Al-Nahiri, inspected the level of job discipline and the progress of work in the public departments in the province office.

According to Yemen News Agency, the Undersecretary listened to an explanation from Issa Shuaib, Director General of Financial and Administrative Affairs, about the progress of work in monitoring employee discipline, compliance with administrative work regulations, and the implementation of salary payments for December last year in line with the exceptional executive regulations.

The review included the activities of the General Department of Administrative Development Research and Training, focusing on the efforts in implementing workshops and courses as per the plan for the year 1446H, and evaluating training and qualification standards for cadres and course outcomes.

Discussions with the leadership of the General Department of Information, Statistics and Documentation, and other departments covered aspects of improving work, networking the directorates, and the mechanism of the local authority’s automated system in the province’s diwan.

The Undersecretary commended the directors and employees of the general departments in the Provincial Diwan for their dedication to completing tasks and maintaining job discipline. He emphasized that the visit aims to follow up and evaluate performance and address any challenges.
