Sana'a: Al-Jeel Al-Jaded University held a speech event on Thursday marking the Prophet Muhammad's birthday, peace be upon him and his family. Deputy Minister of Education Dr. Hadi Ammar highlighted the occasion as a moment to draw lessons from the Prophet's life, embody his morals, and inspire steadfastness and support for the oppressed, particularly Palestinians in Gaza.
According to Yemen News Agency, cultural activist Osama al-Muhatwari emphasized the spiritual and historical significance of the Prophet's birth in guiding humanity toward justice, unity, and moral excellence, while reaffirming Yemen's loyalty to God and His Messenger.
University officials, including Vice Rector Dr. Munther Ishaq, stressed the importance of celebrating the event as a reminder of the Prophet's principles and as a source of ethical and educational inspiration for students and the broader community.
