Sanaa: Minister of Communications and Information Technology Engineer Mohammed al-Mahdi and Governor of Dhamar Mohammed al-Bukhaiti recently conducted an inspection of the Public Telecommunications Corporation branch in Dhamar governorate.
According to Yemen News Agency, the visit, which also included the CEO of TeleYemen, Dr. Ali Nassari, was part of an initiative to monitor the progress of work within entities affiliated with the ministry. The visit aimed to review the implementation of projects and programs completed in the year 1447 AH, in line with the launch of the operational plan for the year 1448 AH.
Minister al-Mahdi acknowledged the achievements of the Ministry of Communications' affiliated entities in Dhamar, noting the positive engagement among leadership and staff. He highlighted that the successes in Dhamar are a testament to the governorate's recognized excellence and leadership in implementing projects compared to other regions.
The Minister emphasized the ministry's commitment to pursuing further accomplishments and high-quality projects in telecommunications and postal sectors, aiming to enhance service development and performance efficiency. He stressed the importance of continuing development plans despite ongoing challenges.
Governor al-Bukhaiti echoed the minister's sentiments, praising the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology for maintaining high efficiency amid the country's exceptional circumstances. He noted that the ministry has made significant advances in improving performance and service levels, sustaining operations despite external pressures.
Al-Bukhaiti emphasized the prominence of the Public Telecommunications Corporation branch in Dhamar, attributing its success to the dedication and efficiency of its employees. He recognized their role in maintaining performance standards and advancing service development despite prevailing economic challenges.
