Al-Mahwit Leadership Mourns Deputy Governor Abdulkarim Sharafuddin

Al-mahwit: The leadership of Al-Mahwit Governorate has expressed its deep sorrow over the passing of Abdulkarim Mohammed Yahya Sharafuddin, the Deputy Governor and Head of Mobilization in the Al-Mahwit City Directorate. Sharafuddin passed away at the age of 54, leaving behind a legacy of commitment and service to the people of the region.

According to Yemen News Agency, the governorate leadership issued a condolence statement highlighting the remarkable contributions of Sharafuddin throughout his career. He was recognized as a committed administrative figure who played a significant role in serving the governorate and was regarded as a national cadre with a strong sense of responsibility.

The statement detailed Sharafuddin's career, noting his service in various administrative roles, including as the Local Secretary of Shibam Kawkaban District. He later ascended to the position of Deputy Governor while also serving as the Head of Mobilization in the city directorate. His efforts in mediating disputes and supporting the frontlines with resources and personnel were particularly emphasized.

The governorate leadership extended heartfelt condolences and sympathy to Sharafuddin's family, expressing hopes for divine mercy and forgiveness for the deceased. The leadership also prayed for patience and comfort for his family, relatives, and loved ones during this difficult time.
