Al-mahwit: The leadership of Al-Mahwit Governorate has expressed its deep sorrow over the passing of Abdulkarim Mohammed Yahya Sharafuddin, the Deputy Governor and Head of Mobilization in the Al-Mahwit City Directorate. Sharafuddin passed away at the age of 54, leaving behind a legacy of commitment and service to the people of the region.

According to Yemen News Agency, the governorate leadership issued a condolence statement highlighting the remarkable contributions of Sharafuddin throughout his career. He was recognized as a committed administrative figure who played a significant role in serving the governorate and was regarded as a national cadre with a strong sense of responsibility.

The statement detailed Sharafuddin's career, noting his service in various administrative roles, including as the Local Secretary of Shibam Kawkaban District. He later ascended to the position of Deputy Governor while also serving as the Head of Mobilization in the city directorate.
