Sanaa: The Women's Authority in Shibam Kawkaban District of Al Mahwit Governorate organized a women's rally on Saturday to endorse the "blockade for blockade and escalation for escalation" strategy, demonstrating solidarity with the Iraqi people and reaffirming a firm stance on national issues.

According to Yemen News Agency, participants emphasized the necessity of bolstering resilience in facing challenges, renewing support for national positions opposing perceived hegemony, and expressing solidarity with Iraq against threats to its security and stability. A statement released at the rally underscored full authorization for the Leader to take necessary actions to end the blockade and injustice against the Yemeni people and reclaim the nation's resources and sovereignty.

The statement also voiced support for imposing a maritime ban on Saudi vessels until the aggression ceases, the blockade is lifted, and Yemen's sovereignty is restored. It backed the Yemeni Armed Forces' operations to enforce the proposed strategic response formula.

Furthermore, the statement commended the Yemeni Armed Forces' robust responses to Saudi actions, including attacks on Al-Hideidah Governorate and alleged breaches of Yemeni sovereignty, asserting a readiness to make sacrifices to defend the country and its rights. It argued that any cost borne by the Yemeni people was minimal compared to regional threats against resources and sovereignty, cautioning against projects aimed at domination and restructuring the region for external benefits.

The statement also condemned the US-Saudi actions against the Iraqi people and their security institutions, expressing unwavering solidarity with Iraq in confronting challenges undermining its security and stability. It urged Arab and Muslim nations to resist plans targeting their holy sites, resources, and sovereignty, highlighting the importance of unity in facing these challenges.

In addition, the statement marked the anniversary of the martyrdom of Ismail Haniyeh, reaffirming its declared support for the Palestinian cause and pledging continued backing for the resilience of the Palestinian people and the protection of Islamic holy sites, particularly Al-Aqsa Mosque.
